A little help.

Need a hand with PixLux?

Email tuzermert@gmail.com. Include your iPhone model, iOS and PixLux versions, the steps you tried and the exact error. A screenshot with private information hidden is usually enough to start.

The upcoming update

These tips describe the preview shown on this site. Some controls are not available in the older App Store version.

Protect your edits

Before deleting a project or reinstalling, choose Back up… from its library menu and save the archive to Files. Backups contain your media and edits. Restore a backup creates another project without overwriting the existing one.

Export a video

Output is SDR MP4; HDR sources are converted to SDR. If export stops, keep PixLux open, check available storage and try again. Smaller sharing files can look softer.

Add captions

Automatic captions require iOS 26 or later, supported hardware and language, and available Apple model assets. If prompted, allow the language-model download to use that language, or add text manually. Check names and wording before sharing. Captions can also be exported as SRT.

Import from Files or iCloud

A video held by another provider may need downloading first. Check that the file is available and you have room for the app’s local copy.

The current App Store app

Send its version and the error you see so support can identify the relevant behavior. Do not send private footage or full project backups in your initial email.
